Information we use

When you sign in with Microsoft Entra ID, FoLdr. receives the identity information needed to create and maintain your account, such as your name, institutional email address, and profile image when provided. FoLdr. does not store your Microsoft password.

The workspace also stores information created through its features, including competition registrations, trial applications, mentorship assignments, tasks, events, notifications, committee roles, productivity records, and governance history.

Why we use it

We use this information to authenticate approved users, operate committee workflows, maintain accurate participation and governance records, notify users about relevant work, and protect the integrity of the platform.

Sharing and retention

FoLdr. does not sell personal information. Information is visible only according to the platform's student, committee, and master-admin permissions, including the public profile information intentionally published by the product requirements. Records are retained while needed for committee operations, institutional accountability, and legitimate archival needs.

Security

Microsoft Entra handles passwords, account recovery, and any institutional multi-factor authentication. FoLdr. uses authenticated sessions, server-side authorization, and an audit trail for administrative actions. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so report suspected account or data issues to the FoLdr. administrators promptly.

Your questions

For access, correction, or privacy questions, contact the FoLdr. administrators through your committee or the institution's designated channel.

This product policy should be reviewed and approved by the institution before production launch.
