Authorized use & Account Integrity

FoLdr. is intended for authorized Jamia Millia Islamia students, faculty supervisors, committee administrators, guest judges, and institutional partners. You must use your assigned institutional credentials, keep authentication access secure, and provide truthful information when submitting applications, scores, or committee records.

Roles & Governance Responsibilities

Committee administrators, faculty supervisors, and judges must exercise their assigned privileges solely for authorized academic and governance activities. Master administrators reserve the right to audit administrative actions, modify role assignments, and enforce committee rules. All administrative actions are recorded in immutable audit logs.

Ballot Confidentiality & Academic Integrity

Judges and faculty members agree to evaluate trials and competitions impartially. Unencrypted or unauthorized disclosure of judge ballot scores, candidate evaluation notes, or room draw assignments prior to official publication is strictly prohibited.

Access, Eligibility & Blacklists

Platform access or competition registration eligibility may be limited, suspended, or revoked based on committee blacklist records, institutional governance decisions, or unauthorized platform usage.
